Assignment Title: Recruitment of Individual Consultants

1. The Government of Nepal has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Institutionalizing GBV Response in Nepal Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
2. The consulting services ("the Services") include recruitment of two individual consultants namely i) Procurement Specialist, and ii) Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist. Please refer to the TOR for details. The expected start date of assignment will be 15 August 2025.

The Institutionalizing GBV Response in Nepal Project, Project Management Unit (PMU) now invites eligible individuals ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services with their CVs.
The last date of submission of the proposal is 18 July 2025, within office hours. The duration of the contract award and description of the assignment shall be clearly stipulated when mentioning as work experience.
4. Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultant Selection (ICS) method set out in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations
5. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers," July 2016 [5th Edition, September 2023], setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest.
