MUKTINATH BIKAS BANK LTD, having its Central office at Kathmandu Plaza, Kamaladi, Kathmandu (The Bank) invite sealed bid of from eligible registered Firs/Companies Contractors/ Suppliers for BRANCH CONSTRUCTION AND INTERIOR DECORATION DEVELOPMENT WORKS for the following branches.
Terms & Conditions
The work to be executed comprise mainly Civil Works, Furniture Works, Metal Works,
Electrification/Communication Works, Sanitary/Plumbing Works, Air-Conditioner works and\ security system works etc. applicable as per the office requirements.The bidding document may be purchased from the General Service Department, Kathmandu Plaza 34 floor upon deposit of Bid Purchase Fee (non-refundable) of NRs. 2,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees Two Thousand Only) on account no 01394901701021(BID APPLICATION FEE) for each .
Entire original bidding documents and certificates should be endorsed (affixed stamp and signature) in all pages.
Experience Letter of construction work carried out in at least 3 banks of Nepal.
Powers of Attorney in favor of the person(s) signing the bid that such person(s) is/are authorized to sign the bid on behalf of the bidder and consequences resulting due to such signings shall be submitted with a bidding document.
Bidders should submit NRs. 200,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees Two Hundred Thousand Only) or 5%of bid amount whichever is higher either through cash deposit on Muktinath Bikas Bank Ltd A/C no 01392774101008 (Bid Money Payable) or Bid Bond for each, which is valid up to 30 days beyond the last date of bid submission.
Sealed Bidding document must be submitted within 4:00 PM of Ashadh 28, 2079 at Bank's Central Office Kathmandu Plaza, Kamaladi, Kathmandu. Bids received after these deadlines will be rejected. If there is any Publish holiday on the last date of submission, it can be submitted on the next working day.
Sealed Bidding documents will be opened in presence of Bank & Bidder's representative on Ashadh 29, 2079 03:00 PM at Central Office, Kathmandu Plaza, Kamaladi, Kathmandu. However, the presence of Bidder's representatives will not be mandatory for opening bidding documents.
