AUCTION NOTICE

The Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) provided Technical Assistance (TA) to the Government of Nepal (GON) for the Motorable Local Roads Bridge Programme (MLRBP) across all seven provinces of Nepal from March 2021 to June 2025 through the Local Roads Bridge Support Unit, a unit of CIAS- MEH JV.
LRBSU intends to auction a total of 55 motorcycles, consisting of 5 duty-paid and 50 duty-free units, on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis. The motorcycles will be available for physical inspection at the LRBSU Office, Chakupat, from 11 August to 13 August 2025, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Interested individuals or firms are invited to submit sealed and signed bids using the prescribed bid form, along with a bid security of NPR 2,000 per motorcycle, in line with the terms outlined in the Auction Process Document. The deadline for bid submission is 15:00 on 15 August 2025, and bids will be opened on the same day at 16:00 PM in the presence of the attending bidders. LRBSU reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
