Invitation for Electronic Bids

1. The Suryagadhi Rural Municipality office, Nuwakot, invites electronic bids from the eligible bidders for the following works under the National Competitive bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act and regulations. The name and identification of the contract are as follows.
(i) Single Stage One Envelope Bidding

(ii) Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding

Key Qualifications:-
- Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: NRs 4,60,00,000
- Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature:
- Participation as Prime contractor, management contractor, or subcontractor, in at least One (1) Contract within the last ten (10) years, with a value of at least NRs 1,24,00,000.
- Minimum construction experience in the following key activities:
DBST black top works -3200 sqm, plumb works- 390 cum, M20 RCC-210 cum, stone masonry -310 cum

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at the office of Suryagadhi Rural Municipality, Nuwakot, Telephone No:- 080-680042, Or may visit the PPMO e-GP System www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
4. Bidder have only the option to submit their bid electronically, may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's WebSite www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document stated in the above table in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.
5. Bidders must submit a Rajaswa voucher with the Tender number for the bid document fee; other alternatives will be rejected.
6. Any minor errors in the bid response document will not be acceptable.
