Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Description:

As an ERP QA and QC Engineer at Raindrop Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the high quality and reliability of our .NET platform ERP products. You will work closely with our development team to identify, report, and resolve defects in the software, while also verifying that it meets the required standards and specifications. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our ERP implementations for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Quality Assurance (QA):

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for ERP software.
Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
Identify and report defects, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and validate user stories.

2. Quality Control (QC):

Conduct thorough reviews of ERP software to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Verify that software adheres to coding standards, design guidelines, and best practices.
Perform code inspections and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
Document and report any issues or deviations from standards.

3. Test Automation:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using relevant tools and frameworks.
Continuously improve and expand automated testing capabilities to increase efficiency.

4. Documentation:

Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Document and communicate QA/QC findings and progress to project stakeholders.

5. Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging QA/QC trends.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the QA/QC workflow.
