This role offers a unique opportunity to assist Certified Equity Professionals (CEPs) and grow into a specialist in equity incentive plan administration for publicly traded companies on the NYSE and Nasdaq. At Remote Pro, we specialize in providing expert remote support for global equity compensation. Our commitment to investing in your success means that selected candidates will be trained, mentored, and later sponsored for the Certified Equity Professional (CEP) exam.

Role Overview:

  • Title: Equity Incentive Plan Management: Customer Success Manager (Trainee)
  • Primary Role: You will work closely with our US-based clients, specifically with their HR, Finance, Legal, and Management teams, assisting in the day- to-day administration of their equity incentive plans.
  • Customers: Predominantly publicly traded companies on the NYSE and Nasdaq.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a direct support to CEPs, providing assistance in equity incentive plan management and stock plan administration.
  • Liaise with customers' HR, Finance, and Legal departments to ensure seamless communication and equity compensation processes.
  • Assist with equity award data entry, reporting, reconciliation, and document management.
  • Support in day-to-day record keeping, financial analysis, and preparation of stock plan-related documentation.
  • Work in tandem with US-based clients and ensure high standards of service delivery.
