Job Description

Designing and implementing a strategic business/sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Develop trusted partner relationships with key customers to retain and grow revenues over time
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing available resources
Manage complex contract negotiations and work with legal counsel as required
Stay updated with current changes and developments in the ISP industry
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to HOD
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Achieve monthly sales target and / or channel goals as assigned by management
Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
