Job Description

Department: Marketing/Sales

The Enterprise Associate position is primarily responsible for revenue generation through strategic alliances with customers. The Enterprise Associate assumes the role of customer liaison and project lead through the solution development, implementation and life cycle management of the product/service developed to meet the business customers’ evolving needs.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Developing existing business and new client relationships
  • Responding to RFPs, making compelling business cases, and accelerate customer adoption
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners from business promotion through implementation of projects
  • Handling client and internal expectations
  • Keep management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
  • Maintain a robust business prospects pipeline
