Job Description

  • Issuing invoices to clients as per contracts and follow-up with customers/salespeople.
  • Payment verification and E-bill entry.
  • Prepare daily/monthly reports and an Income sheet.
  • Update and maintain required information in Software/Excel as required.
  • Confirmation of billing and payment through mail and calls is effective. 
  • Make calls to problematic customers regarding the dues and payments.
  • Daily follow-up for payment after users are marked as problematic. 
  • Follow up on bad debt customers in order to recover the revenue of the company.
  • Proper follow-up and visit to the customer end as required. 
  • Properly maintain better customer relations through calls and field visits with the clients. 
  • In cases of urgent and delicate cases, direct visits to such customers and solve the problem in a timely manner.
  • Update the field visit record in the report.
  • Tackle internally and externally to solve disputes that occur at the time of dealing with customers for payment and statements.
  • Maintain contracts properly and file them.
