Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Prepare different pedagogical plans; annual, terminal, daily etc and share with colleagues for peer review and finalised it
Use activity based instruction in a child-friendly environment
Keep record of class work, homework in the log book
Regularly correct the students and provide necessary feedback to the students
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Principal
Establish the English speaking environment

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

M.A/M.Ed with Major English
At least 2 years of teaching as a Secondary level teacher
Competency in both written and spoken English
Must have the ability to motivate and educate in an engaging manner
Ability to engage students in different co-curricular and extra curricular activities
Ability to use multimedia and computers to deliver lessons
Should be a team player and have leadership qualities
Pleasing personality with positive attitude
Open to learning and constantly developing oneself

Salary & Other Benefits:

Salary is negotiable depending on competence and experience
Government Scale + 15% extra (Negotiable for experienced candidate)
