Job Description

Develop and implement engaging English lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum and state standards.
Deliver clear, well-structured lessons on English language arts, including grammar, literature, writing, and reading comprehension.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and quizzes. Provide timely and constructive feedback to help students improve.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages respect, responsibility, and a love for learning.
Identify and address the individual learning needs of students, including those who require additional support.
Regularly communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress, upcoming assignments, and classroom activities.
Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
Contribute to the school community by participating in or leading extracurricular activities, clubs, or events.
