Gladstone Academy is seeking a passionate and qualified English Teacher to join our team and provide high-quality education to our students in the Lower Secondary level. We are looking for an experienced candidate with excellent English skills and subject knowledge to deliver engaging and interactive lessons. Job Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to lower secondary students
Use a variety of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles
Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students
Evaluate students' progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with other teachers to develop lesson plans and share best practices
Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Stay updated with current teaching methodologies and incorporate them in the classroom
Promote a culture of inquiry and critical thinking among students

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English in a middle/secondary school setting
Good English skills and strong subject knowledge
Passion for teaching and a student-centered approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Proficient in using technology in the classroom
