Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher for Level 1 & 2 to deliver engaging lessons and support students’ academic and personal growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. This full-time role includes lesson planning, student assessment, parent communication, and active participation in co-curricular activities.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that promote active learning and student participation.
Manage classroom behavior effectively while creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Prepare lesson plans aligned with curriculum requirements and adapt to updates as needed.
Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and exams, and provide constructive feedback.
Motivate students and support their academic and personal development.
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and performance.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in English.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
Strong command of English language, literature, and grammar.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Professional, dedicated, and enthusiastic attitude toward teaching.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

Proficiency in ICT tools (MS Office, smart boards, digital teaching platforms).
Familiarity with LMS (e.g., Google Classroom).
Basic counseling skills and understanding of student behavior.
Willingness to lead or support extracurricular activities.
Leadership ability in mentoring or academic coordination.
