Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles, focusing on developing English proficiency from basic to advanced levels.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their fluency in English.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and fosters a love for learning.
Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and resources to facilitate effective language acquisition.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices in teaching English.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest trends in language education.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, with a strong focus on teaching English from basic to advanced levels.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching.
Proven ability to engage students and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, and TEFL certificate is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Ability to engage students of different age groups and learning levels.
Lesson planning skills
Preparing Supplementary Materials to provide to students.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about teaching.

Note: Salary will be provided according to the candidate's prior experience and qualifications.
