• Plan and ensure that teaching works are being done well to complete the syllabus of all classes within the academic year.
• Meet the deadlines of all tasks, especially those assigned by the school management.
• Stay updated with the Nepal Government’s curriculum developed by the Curriculum Development Center (CDC) under the Ministry of Education.
• Maintain high standards and ensure the safety of students during academic and extracurricular activities.
• Manage, supervise and guide the students in performing their tasks properly and maintain their morale and discipline
• Prepare exam questions, conduct examinations as per the school’s calendar, and manage the timely preparation and distribution of results to parents/guardians.
• Attend/conduct meetings.

Minimum Qualification :

• At least a Bachelor's Degree/ preferably Master's in the relevant subject.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English (and Nepali)
• Excellent communication and rapport building skills

Other Specification:

• Working Hours: Full-time; 40 hours/week
• Working Days: Monday to Friday, 5 days a week (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
