Job Description

Teach English language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening to students.
Motivate students with engaging and creative teaching methods.
Possess or develop a good understanding of the Chinese language to facilitate effective communication with students (preferred but optional).
Maintain discipline in accordance with the school's policies and procedures.
Organize the classroom and learning resources to create a supportive and positive learning environment.
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with students and colleagues on a regular basis.
Stay updated with changes and developments in the structure of the English curriculum.
Take responsibility for the academic progress of a class of students.
Plan lessons with clear objectives and ensure all lessons are delivered effectively.
Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration
