Roles and responsibilities of this job

United Academy, a prominent +2 school in lalitpur valley is seeking an experienced and passionate English Teacher.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons to +2 students, ensuring adherence to the curriculum and academic standards.
Develop and refine the English curriculum, incorporating innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning and engagement.
Design and implement assessment tools to evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and well-being.
Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the school administration to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students.
Encourage and facilitate student participation in extracurricular activities related to English, such as debates, literary clubs, and writing competitions.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree in English is required. M.Phil degree in English is highly preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at a reputed +2 school.
Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Excellent teaching and classroom management skills.
Ability to design and implement effective teaching strategies.
Proficient in using technology and digital tools to enhance learning.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
