Masters in Arts (English or Education) with at least 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Empathetic and a good listener
Planning and organizational skills
Experience working with vulnerable populations
Ability to work on your own initiative and stay organized with record keeping and documentation

Plan, develop and deliver lessons that meets the curriculum objectives
Prepare instructional aids, supplemental teaching materials and resources consistent with learning objectives
Maximize the appropriate use of technology in the training as an instructional tool
Develop students' speaking and writing skills and encourage them to develop critical thinking skills
Create a safe classroom environment conducive to optimal student learning
Help students to work independently and collaboratively in groups
Prepare and administer assessments that are aligned with the curriculum
Maintain accurate and complete records including attendance, assessments, and test scores as required
Others as specified by the management team
