Job Description

Organising the classroom and learning resources to create a positive learning environment
Based on research and analysis, one must be able to prepare curriculum, syllabus and lesson plan
Planning, preparing and presenting lessons that cater to the needs of the students of the 21st century
Collaborate and manage teachers for developing content for English subject. It would include trainings, assigning work, reviewing work and providing detailed feedback to the teachers
Analyze and understand the pattern and difficulty level of respective exams
Motivating pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentations
Create strong student support system by answering various questions and engage actively with students through various means
Mentoring, guiding and training to the teachers
Making plans as per the vision/goal of the institution
Creating relevant contents of international standards
