Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate students' language abilities through regular assessments such as quizzes, assignments, and oral presentations, and offer constructive feedback to support their growth.
Cultivate a lively and interactive classroom atmosphere that motivates students to actively participate in English conversations, discussions, and other language activities.
Develop and refine teaching materials, including lesson plans, handouts, audio-visual aids, and online resources, to enrich the teaching and learning process.
Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and administrative staff to organize language-related events, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
Monitor and document students' progress, maintaining comprehensive records of their attendance, performance, and areas for improvement.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Hold a bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; a master's degree in a relevant discipline is highly preferred.
Possess native or near-native proficiency in English, with excellent grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and comprehension skills.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective interaction with students of diverse age groups, cultural backgrounds, and learning styles.
Be familiar with contemporary teaching methodologies, educational software, and digital tools to enhance classroom engagement and learning outcomes.
Exhibit a patient, passionate, and committed attitude towards teaching, with a genuine interest in students' academic and personal development.
Hold relevant teaching certifications such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent; these are mandatory for candidates without a degree in Education.
Have the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students and create inclusive learning environments.

Note: Applicants must possess an IELTS score of 7.5 or higher to be eligible for this position.
