Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an English Language Instructor (IELTS & PTE) at Right and Associates. The Instructor will be responsible for teaching English proficiency tests, creating lesson plans, and providing language instruction to students. They will also be responsible for conducting assessments, providing feedback, and developing teaching materials.

Position:

IELTS/PTE Instructor – 1

Location: New Road, Pokhara, Nepal

Responsibilities:

Conducting high-quality IELTS/PTE classes for students of varying proficiency levels.
Creating engaging lesson plans and curriculum tailored to individual student needs.
Assisting students in improving their language skills, including speaking, writing, listening, and reading.
Administering mock tests to assess students' progress and providing constructive feedback.
Monitoring students' performance and offering additional support where necessary.
Staying up-to-date with the latest testing trends and incorporating them into the teaching process.
Collaborating with the academic team to enhance course materials and educational resources.

Requirements:

Proven experience in teaching IELTS/PTE courses with a track record of student achievement.
In-depth knowledge of IELTS/PTE exam formats, scoring criteria, and best preparation strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for education and language teaching.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of individual learners.
Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is preferred.
