Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic English Communication Tutor to train our students in practical spoken English, workplace communication, and interview preparation—especially for hospitality and retail industry placements abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct English communication classes for candidates preparing for overseas jobs (Cyprus, Europe, etc.)
  • Develop interactive lesson plans focusing on speaking, listening, and workplace communication.
  • Assist trainees in improving pronunciation, confidence, and fluency.
  • Conduct mock interviews and role-play sessions related to hospitality, retail, and customer service.
  • Prepare and update training materials, handouts, and slides as needed.
  • Assess and record student progress and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Work closely with the training coordinator to ensure course quality and discipline.
