Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic English Communication Tutor to train our students in practical spoken English, workplace communication, and interview preparation—especially for hospitality and retail industry placements abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct English communication classes for candidates preparing for overseas jobs (Cyprus, Europe, etc.)
Develop interactive lesson plans focusing on speaking, listening, and workplace communication.
Assist trainees in improving pronunciation, confidence, and fluency.
Conduct mock interviews and role-play sessions related to hospitality, retail, and customer service.
Prepare and update training materials, handouts, and slides as needed.
Assess and record student progress and provide feedback for improvement.
Work closely with the training coordinator to ensure course quality and discipline.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Strong command of spoken and written English.
Prior experience in teaching spoken English or communication skills (experience in hospitality training is a plus).
Friendly, patient, and motivating personality.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of British English pronunciation and expressions.
Experience in creating bilingual (English–Nepali) learning materials.
Understanding of international workplace communication and etiquette.
