Actively communicate with parents on the progress of the child along with any challenges/ achievements they may have experienced
Show initiative and seek ways to achieve the best possible result
Apply sensitivity to learning and cultural, social, racial differences in pupils
Initiate interaction with students – develop a positive relationship with students without appearing biased to anyone while providing feedback to students: accurate, timely, specific and constructive.
Record keep students’ behaviours/ skills/ strengths/ weaknesses
Conduct continuous assessment system as advised to prepare standard report card/ observation report summary to give out to parents
Participate readily in all house-related/ co-curricular activities/ events such as conduct of morning assembly, and any other event to offer students platform and guidance to grow
Develop lesson plans to align with the curriculum
Ensure the planned curriculum objectives are achieved within the academic year
