Quality Assurance:

• Quality assurance tests like in-situ compaction tests in embankment fill including reinforced soil structure
• Quality Assurance for gabion filling, geogrid laying and other associated works including reinforced cement concrete works
• Review of Quality control documents of contractor and ensuring adherence as per the requirement

Training and guidance:

• Providing training to contractor and client on quality aspects and requirements in the project

Monitoring:

• Monitoring quality aspects of project in reference to the checklists as per construction manual and Quality assurance plan for the project

Documentation:

• Preparation of Quality monitoring reports including deficiencies and improvement proposals and circulation to the line manager

Interaction:

• Interacting regularly with Client and contractor for necessary guidance and improvement
•  Timely response to the queries raised by any of the stake holder and party in the project.
