The other objective of TEN is to provide career planning to Nepalese fresh graduate engineers.

Consult with other professionals about design
Control a project from start to finish
Will be responsible for the drafting and designing the buildings and construction process so as to assist multiple engineering disciplines and external stakeholders
Overall draft with the team members and design the building for international projects
