Engineering Manager (MEP)

• Responsible for preventative maintenance, making regular inspections, coordinating the  maintenance staff, diagnosing potential problems and resolving the issues
• Oversee the designing, planning and installation of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing networks
• Repair and maintain equipment, facilities and systems including HVAC and electrical
• Ensuring resort’s code of conduct and regulations are abiding by and select the right contractor for  AMC
• Responsible for standardized service and management of people

Preference shall be given candidates living in nearby areas.
