Roles and responsibilities of this job

Quality Control at factory

Conducting end to end Quality control activities from raw materials to finished goods

Laboratory and Testing

Performing laboratory tests on the GI Wire and DT Mesh. Maintaining and operating laboratory equipments.

Inspection and Audits

Conducting the supplier audits , process audits/ inspections at MNPL factory and FG reviews. Issuing the Manufacturer’s test Certificates .

Non-conformance and Customer complaints

Reporting the nonconformances and initiating the corrective actions with process owners . Initiating/coordinating the actions in case of customer complaints. Reporting the scrap details

Reporting and Priority tasks

Coordinate with the reporting senior and other functions at MNPL for the maintenance of processes as per QMS. Participating in the special tasks related to Quality. Reporting the quality related data at the defined frequency.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Education: Graduate Engineer in Production or Mechanical. BE/BTech in Production or Mechanical.
Experience : 5- 6 years of experience in the laboratory and /or Quality function of a manufacturing set up.
Competencies : Process Inspections, Supplier audits, Non-conformance management, Manufacturer’s Test certificates , Laboratory management
