Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Engineer to support land planning, property valuation, technical documentation, and site inspections. The role involves a balanced mix of fieldwork and office-based technical responsibilities, requiring strong AutoCAD skills and practical knowledge of land-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

Create, modify, and manage technical drawings using AutoCAD
Perform basic land planning and layout preparation
Conduct property valuation and site inspections
Prepare accurate and professional technical and property reports
Verify land parameters, records, and documentation at relevant offices
Coordinate field activities and client meetings as required
Handle both field and office operations efficiently with a high level of accuracy

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
2–3 years of prior experience in engineering, land management, or real estate-related work
Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD
Knowledge of land measurement, planning, and valuation processes
Strong report-writing and documentation skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Energetic, proactive, and responsible mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Working Conditions

Approximately 50% fieldwork and 50% office work at the Sorhakhutte office
Frequent field visits and client meetings
Flexible working hours depending on client and project requirements
