Universal College Preparatory School /New Millennium  College is seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, and solutions-focused individual with excellent networking and engagement skills who has the vision, energy, and leadership skills to implement the Universal College Preparatory School.  The Principal holds a critical position as the instructional, organizational, and cultural leader of the school and will work closely with various departments to ensure all college-based staff and students are set up for success. He or she will assist the college principal in providing effective leadership to college faculty, staff, and students in all areas of the college’s program and responsibilities.

UCPS was established at Lazimpat under the name of ‘Universal Academy‘ in February 1996, ever since UCPS has become a synonym of sound education with character and confidence. 

Parents have over the years realized that UCPS not only makes their wards academically sound but also emboldens their spirits to take up challenges positively and solve problems in an intelligent way. That is why today the products of UCPS can be met in various hospitals as doctors, in different projects as engineers, in colleges and universities as academicians, in banks and business institution as successful personnel and entrepreneurs.

ADMINISTRATION

The Principal of the school is responsible for the day–to-day administration of the school with the help of coordinators and other Board Members.

SCHOOL CONSTITUTION

The Board of Directors has drawn a constitution of the school and they reserve the right to amend its point as and when they think it appropriate.

METHODOLOGY

Each student is encouraged to achieve their potential with sound and stimulating teaching fundamentals backed by a traditional excellence in every field. Academic progress is carefully monitored and regularly assessed. The students are also encouraged to develop talents in areas of other personal interests apart from the general curriculum which every student follows.  Sports , theatre  music and dance are some of the many facilities that are in the curriculum with exceptional platforms for artistic expression and performance.
