About Us

Red Panda Network (RPN) is an international non-profit organization based in Kathmandu, Nepal and Eugene, the US that works to save red pandas and their habitat through an integrated, landscape-level approach to conservation that is built on the support and participation of local communities. RPN has been actively involved in red panda conservation since 2007. RPN is committed to the conservation of wild red pandas and their habitat through the education and empowerment of local communities. It envisions to work in all red panda range countries to replicate the community-based conservation approach. The approach is rooted in communities and hopes to create lasting benefits for red pandas and people living around the habitat.
