LP4Y’s Vision: LP4Y believes that all Young people have potential, and that empowering them with an entrepreneurial mindset will give them control over their own lives and allow them to contribute to an inclusive, sustainable and prosperous world. 

LP4Y’s Mission: To assist in the professional and social integration of Young adults between 17 and 24 years old, facing extreme poverty and exclusion by providing qualitative professional training focusing on soft skills development and identification of oneself "life project plan"

LP4Y’s Objective: replicate and disseminate its pedagogical model of integration of excluded Youth

2 training centers are developed in Nepal : 

- Green Village, residential training center for young women coming from rural parts of Nepal.
- Training & Development Center, non-residential training for young women coming from slum areas of Kathmandu
