Realizing the need to complete the farm-to-table journey and truly revolutionize the industry, Krishna Paudel spearheaded research into potato cultivation in 2017. This culminated in the establishment of First Choice Foods Pvt. Ltd. in 2021, marking a pivotal moment in Nepal’s agro-based food production industry. With a clear vision to redefine the sector, the company focused on processing locally grown potatoes, setting the stage for a new era of sustainable and self-sufficient food production in Nepal.
