Sales Manager

Role Description: Sales Manager (Kathmandu, Full-Time)

As Sales Manager, you will lead our commercial efforts in Kathmandu, balancing on-site and off-site engagements to drive revenue growth and expand market share for our EV and renewable-energy product lines. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop, communicate, and implement comprehensive sales strategies targeting fleet operators, charging-station installers, renewable-energy developers, and other key stakeholders. Establish sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Provide coaching, set clear objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster a collaborative culture.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and regulatory changes. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and optimize existing sales processes.

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Network with prospective clients through on-site visits, trade shows, and digital channels. Respond promptly to social media inquiries, online leads, and inbound calls. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, end users, government agencies, and project developers.

  • Sales Operations & Reporting: Oversee CRM usage and sales-tracking tools to ensure accurate pipeline management. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and present insights to senior management. Coordinate with supply-chain, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

  • Deal Closure & Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations, draft sales proposals, and close contracts. Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize terms, ensure compliance with import regulations, and secure favorable payment conditions.
