  • Familiarity with modern teaching methods, educational technology, and differentiated instruction approaches.

Job Description

  • Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.
  • Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons for students.
  • Create a conducive learning atmosphere that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
  • Assess student progress through regular evaluations, tests, and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement teaching methodologies.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that respects diversity and promotes academic excellence.
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns.
