Skills:

Job Description

Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for Electrical systems, ensuring integration with overall MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) models.
Collaborate with mechanical and plumbing teams to ensure that MEP services are well- coordinated.
Implement and follow BIM protocols and BIM Execution Plans for MEP services.
Conduct clash detection and coordinate with various disciplines to resolve conflicts in the BIM model.
Assist in the preparation of MEP drawings, layouts, and schedules for construction purposes.
Perform regular updates and quality checks on electrical models and ensure they comply with project requirements.
Participate in project meetings and provide insights regarding BIM modeling and coordination.
Facilitate the handover of accurate models from design to construction phases.
