  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent and 7 years of experienced in ISP and telecom sector or similar field.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of electrical engineering principles, including power distribution, circuit design, and electrical codes and standards.
  • Knowledge of the latest advancements in electrical technology and system including rectifier system, battery, DG, UPS, cable, grounding system, monitoring system, cooling system, split AC and PAC.
  • Must have excellent leadership, team building and management skill.
  • Ability to delegate tasks effectively and foster collaborative work environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with local, national, and international electrical codes and standards.
  • Must have experience on planning, preparing annual budget.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members of other department, region branches, contractors, and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges that may arise during operation of electrical department.

Job Description

  • Take care of overall electrical operation for network infrastructure of World link.
  • Maintain and improve power uptime/performance.
  • Prepare annual plan along with strategy for power equipment and resources require for the organization.
  • Work on knowledge and skill enhancement of overall electrical human resource within company.
  • Ensuring the standards of power infrastructure for installations and maintenance.  
  • Work on Standard Operating Procedures for new deployment and maintenance jobs.
  • Conduct site audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Should be able to takeover worse situation and resolve effectively. 
  • Help procurement team technically for procurement of power products and accessories.
  • Communicate and work with vendor for any issues encounter during operation and get it timely fixed.
  • Research and development for existing and new products to ensure cost effective optimal performance of all power infrastructure.
  • Monitoring efficiency of electrical infrastructures/resources and drive improvement.
  • Coordinate with local vendors for outsource services such as air conditioning, DG servicing, and other electrical work.
  • Conducting Performance Management System evaluations of the electrical team.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with electrical operation in all sites.
  • Implementing safety measures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and safety of electrical systems.
