Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Electrical Overseer to join our team at Appolo Hydropower Company. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized educational institution and have at least 1 year of experience in a hydropower project. As an Electrical Overseer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our hydropower project and will be responsible for overseeing all electrical systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment to ensure they comply with safety codes and regulations
  • Identify and troubleshoot any electrical issues or malfunctions in a timely manner
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for all electrical systems and equipment
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure all electrical work is carried out efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Keep detailed records of all electrical work and maintenance activities
  • Train and supervise junior staff members in electrical procedures and safety protocols
  • Participate in project planning and budgeting activities related to electrical systems and equipment
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and recommend any necessary upgrades or improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our hydropower project.
