Roles and responsibilities of this job

Quality Renewable Energy Private Limited is seeking a skilled Senior Electrical Engineer with over 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, including hybrid and alternate energy. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in solar PV and power analysis, PTMO, BOT making, and water lifting systems. This position is primarily office-based, with occasional site visits as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed Solar PV and power system analysis.
Design or coordinate design of photovoltaic (PV) or solar thermal systems, including system components, for residential and commercial buildings
Develop and manage PTMO (Power Transmission and Market Operations) and BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) projects.
Lead efforts related to solar energy and water extraction systems, as well as hydropower and other alternative energy solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize renewable energy designs and ensure project efficiency.
Produce comprehensive engineering reports and project proposals.
Occasionally visit project sites to ensure compliance with technical standards and oversee implementation.
Good Experience in PPMO(Tender) and BOQ.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Over 5 years of relevant experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar and hydropower systems.
Strong knowledge of solar PV, power systems, and water extraction technologies.
Expertise in PTMO and experience in developing BOT models.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results independently.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
