Academic Qualification and Other Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or higher level.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Hydropower Operation and Maintenance
• Strong understanding of Power Plant equipment and its control system including transmission and distribution equipment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other Electrical design tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
