Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Conduct engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of residential or commercial solar power systems
Design of large photovoltaic (PV) and wind systems
Create checklists for review or inspection of completed solar installation projects
Create electrical single-line diagrams, panel schedules, or connection diagrams for solar electric systems using computer-aided design (CAD) software
Lead the technical team and participate actively during the installation of Large Scale Solar PV System, Solar Pumping System in an efficient manner
Must be able to execute the Solar Mini-Grid projects and have knowledge of Transmission and Distribution line
Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, or performance monitoring
Develop standard operation procedures and quality or safety standards for solar installation work and also ensure safety of the installation team
Prepare standard bidding documents for large projects independently
Ready to travel frequently for maintenance and installation as and when required
Prepare survey report ad project reports after the completion of the projects
Must be able to find potential customers and dealers during field visits. Must be able to generate sales and meets the sales targets as well

CORE RESPONSIBILITY

Leads in the Installation of large PV & Wind Projects, Solar Pumping projects and provide proper maintenance, after sales service and resolve core technical problems
