• Conduct engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of residential or commercial solar power systems
• Design of large photovoltaic (PV) and wind systems
• Create checklists for review or inspection of completed solar installation projects
• Create electrical single-line diagrams, panel schedules, or connection diagrams for solar electric systems using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Lead the technical team and participate actively during the installation of Large Scale Solar PV System, Solar Pumping System in an efficient manner
• Must be able to execute the Solar Mini-Grid projects and have knowledge of Transmission and Distribution line
• Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, or performance monitoring
• Develop standard operation procedures and quality or safety standards for solar installation work and also ensure safety of the installation team
• Prepare standard bidding documents for large projects independently
• Ready to travel frequently for maintenance and installation as and when required
  
• Prepare survey report ad project reports after the completion of the projects
  
• Must be able to find potential customers and dealers during field visits. Must be able to generate sales and meets the sales targets as well

• Leads in the Installation of large PV & Wind Projects, Solar Pumping projects and provide proper maintenance, after sales service and resolve core technical problems
