Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Educational Counselor to join our education and migration team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leadership, a strong understanding of team dynamics, and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities:

Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents of students for their abroad study.
Cooperate and collaborate with other professionals in enhancing the career and education of students
Providing excellent visa documentation guidance to the students and parents.
Providing personalized guidance on course selection, academic programs, and career paths based on individual student profiles.
Interprets and explains college and university policies and procedures; participates in the preparation of orientations and present academic information to students and parents during counseling sessions
Assisting students in creating comprehensive academic plans that align with their long-term goals of overseas study.
Offering support in identifying scholarship opportunities, financial aid options, and educational grants.
Organizing and participating in workshops, seminars, and information sessions to educate students about educational opportunities and career trends.
Achieve specified targets on time as agreed.
Staying updated on the latest educational trends, admission requirements, and industry developments.
Upholding a positive and inclusive counseling environment that respects the diverse needs of students.
Communicate with the universitates and colleges and work closely with the documentation team for student’s offer letter, COE and visa application.
