Classrooms In the Clouds Nepal (CITCN) is an established and active NGO working with the public schools in the Solukhumbu region for quality education.

The Education Support Worker is responsible to lead and support the professional development of the teachers, and quality enhancement of education at its partner schools through the provision of school visits, training and mentorship, coordination with local education office and leadership bodies.

Qualifications and Competencies:  

• Bachelor’s degree, preference will be given to ones with a Master’s degree
• 3+ years experience of working as teachers, education officials or relevant role
• Excellent communication skill
• Ability to inspire and motive team members, persuasion skills, and leadership capability
• Strong motivation to improve the quality of education in public education system

Location:

• 85% in the field 15% in the office

Note:

• Salary: 40k basic salary, field visit allowance, insurance coverage, and uniform allowance.
