Job Description

We are seeking a well-presented, self-motivated, and tech-savvy  Education Sales Assistant (Home-based) to join our team in Kathmandu. This role requires excellent communication skills, self-presentation, and a proactive attitude to manage client relationships and support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Edu Transit professionally and handle client interactions with confidence.
  • Manage and post on social media platforms, including conducting live sessions for client engagement.
  • Maintain records and collaborate with the team using Google Drive tools (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.).
  • Handle inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
  • Build strong client relationships and assist with their educational journey.
  • International travel may be required for business purposes.
  • Promote and sell our products to local educational consultancy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective Business Partner.
  • Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and social media platforms.
  • Help organize educational events, webinars, and fairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM system.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Reside in Kathmandu and work from home.
  • Excellent self-presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Drive tools (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.).
  • Own a laptop and mobile phone (mandatory).
  • Owning a bike is a plus and will be given priority.
  • Experience with social media management and client engagement is preferred.
  • A tech-savvy and proactive attitude is essential.
  • A passion for education and helping others succeed.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with higher study European Countries is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
