Job Description

We’re hiring two Business Development Officers—one for our Kathmandu branch and one for our Pokhara branch. If you have the drive to expand networks, build relationships, and represent an international brand with confidence, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, partner consultancies, and educational institutions.
  • Identify and build new business partnerships to expand Campus Transfer’s reach.
  • Promote our services to local agencies and secure collaborations.
  • Represent Campus Transfer at events, fairs, and meetings—both local and international.
  • Manage inquiries across email, phone, and social media with professionalism.
  • Support in organizing educational events, webinars, and fairs.
  • Keep CRM and reporting tools updated with accurate partnership and client details.
  • Act as the face of Campus Transfer in Kathmandu or Pokhara, ensuring professional representation.

Who You Are

  • Based in Kathmandu or Pokhara (depending on the role).
  • A confident communicator with strong self-presentation skills.
  • Skilled in building networks and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Comfortable with Google Drive tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Owns a laptop and mobile phone (mandatory).
  • Proactive, tech-friendly, and highly organized.
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or customer relations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of education consultancy or European higher education systems is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus.

Salary: 25,000 NPR - 50,000 NPR + Exciting Bonuses (based on candidate's experience and qualifications)
