  • Develop rapport and trust to cultivate ongoing professional relationships

Job Description

  • Provide course advice to students seeking to know more about courses being offered via Educonnect Australia.
  • Build student and course profile match process and prepare matrix and best possible outcome for students.
  • Assist students throughout their Discover, Compare, Connect and Apply journey and until they commence their course.
  • Provide feedback to the Operations Manager and Product Team on areas of improvement and how best to assist students using the platform
  • Liaise, develop & foster ongoing relationships with Education Providers and work closely with them to take care of student welfare.
  • Communicate with the Finance or Marketing Team on any student-related aspects or opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to identify opportunities for deeper student engagement, care, and other areas for improvement.
  • Participate in status meetings and functions as well as liaise with other Educonnect departments and team members as required.
  • Other related tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
