• Bachelor or higher (European degree will be highly prioritized) 
• Minimum one year of experience (preferred more)
• Ability to manage the whole Europe education section by him/herself including documentations, processing, counseling, talking with the universities and institutions, keeping healthy relationship with the universities while keeping hearty relationship with students
• Experience of at least 1 year in counseling and processing for students seeking education in European countries
• Certified individuals will have a competitive advantage
• Excellent command in English, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated, leading and able to complete the whole processing independently
• Must have a very strong desire to lead and grow
• Must have clear understanding of the whole application process along with the education system of European countries
