The education counselor should have knowledge of the international education system and also previous experience in similar work roles who will be responsible for all the necessary student recruitment processes and visa processing abroad.  The counselor is responsible to meet the major objective of our company which is to impart our quality and customer oriented service since s/he is the one who directly interacts with our prospective clients. The incumbent does this at the individual level throughout counselling, meetings, and maintaining individual student contact, but also has significant oversight responsibilities in terms of understanding the annual financial targets of the company, developing team spirit and maximizing business volume while maintaining the business ethics and professionalism.

The individual in this position will:

• Provide accurate, reliable and comprehensive information based on students' profile information and socio economic background and their interests to the prospective students and their guardians as they seek to learn about best abroad education options
• Respond to in-person, phone and email admission enquiries
• Conduct virtual or physical information sessions that includes group presentation and one-on-one counseling of prospective students as per pre- plan
• Manage a student recruitment territory, engaging in meetings representing Mirai at market, education fairs, youth groups or clubs and other marketing planning events
• Serve as a team-leader of the Admissions, Applications and Documentation department responsible for rendering admission decisions and other necessary processes for applications
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager and Managing Director and rest of the team to ensure that the company meets strategic recruitment and outreach goals
• Oversee all admissions, counselling, documentation and visitor services that take place in the office
• Supervise student follow- up calls program, which calls prospective students to assist in moving them in moving through the admission and enrollment process. Calls can be to recently visited students, students who have just received counseling, students our company would like to invite to our events, etc
• Other duties as assigned per need

Salary Range and Other Facilities

• NRS 35,000 + Bonus on the basis of students enrollment (50% of the full salary is subjected during the effect of COVID and Trial Period)(3months)
• One Meal(Lunch) is provided
