We are seeking a high-performing, qualified Education Counselor to join our Kathmandu team. In this pivotal role, you will be the lead navigator for students, managing the entire journey from initial course selection to visa approval. We are looking for an expert who understands the nuances of the Australian education system and can provide clear, accurate, and inspiring guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Expert Counseling: Provide end-to-end guidance on admissions, university placement, and visa processing specifically for Australia.
Strategic Matching: Assess student profiles, academic backgrounds, and career goals to recommend suitable Australian institutions and programs.
Documentation Mastery: Lead students through Statement of Purpose (SOP) preparation, GTE (Genuine Temporary Entrant) requirements, and interview readiness.
Compliance: Stay current with Australian visa policy changes, Department of Home Affairs updates, and scholarship opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate student records and ensure consistent follow-ups.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience, specifically counseling students for the Australian market.
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in admissions processing, visa guidance, and student conversions.
Proven experience with the Australian visa application process.
Strong working knowledge of GTE, SOP evaluation, and institution-specific documentation.
Familiarity with IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and other standardized testing systems.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
