Kanchadai International is looking for a highly motivated Education Counselor to join our growing team. The role involves counseling students on course selection, university admissions, visa processes, and career pathways, while ensuring high conversion rates, ethical counseling practices, and an excellent student experience. The individual must have strong communication skills, as he or she will be required to work closely within a team.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on study options in destinations such as the UK and Australia, assessing academic background, financial capacity, and career goals.
Manage the complete admission process, including applications, documentation, offers, and enrolment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, universities, and partner institutions while meeting individual and team targets.
Maintain accurate student records, coordinate with team members.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Education, Management, or related field.
Proven experience in counseling students and handling documentation for Australian education.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Education Counselor.
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
