We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Education Counselor to join our expanding team at our KATHMANDU office and support our mission of guiding international students toward academic success. What you'll be doing

Provide comprehensive counselling to prospective and current students regarding educational programs, career paths, and academic planning
Provide counselling and assistance with application processes for international students applying to Australia, UK , New Zealand and Canada based colleges, and universities
Offer comprehensive assistance to students throughout the admission process, including documentation preparation, GS statement writing, offer letter applications, and CoE issuance.
Stay well-informed about the institution’s programs, admission criteria, and GS requirements to deliver accurate and up-to-date guidance.
Liaise with partner institutions to inquire about or track the progress of students’ applications
Engage with students in a respectful and supportive manner to build trust and promote a motivating atmosphere
Must show a proactive attitude, be fully dedicated, and take responsibility for completing the assigned task efficiently and effectively
Able to perform effectively under pressure with tight deadlines while ensuring consistent and timely communication with clients
Maintain accurate and current client records within the company’s CRM system
